Hey guys! Matt and I are doing the final preparations for our first con of the season. We’ll be at Penguicon in Troy, MI this weekend and will have the remainder of the Issues 1-7 floppies, as well as Issues 8 and 9 and the trade. We’ll also have the promotional print available for free as well as an ash can version of “Scrying I”. Good times, good times.
So, if you’re in the Troy, MI area, stop by! We’ll be at Table A10 in the Artist Alley. (Next to “The Book of Biff” and across from Tara Tallan of “Galaxion” which is cool!)

The store will be closed over the weekend. With us going out of town we’d rather not run out of an item at the con only to find five orders waiting for that item when we return. It’s not responsible on our part and not fair to you all. We’ll reopen the store on Tuesday.
And, I think that’s all for right now. Have a great weekend everyone and we’ll see you on Tuesday!

No, it’s not an April Fools Day joke, Issue 9 is back from the printers and it looks great! I was a little concerned about how the toning would turn out because some scenes in this issue were fairly dark. But Ka-Blam pulled through and did a stellar job. Thanks guys!
So, if you’d like to learn about Ruby’s dad before the pages show up on the Main side or you’re a Joshua Pyrenees fan like I am, you can pick up a copy here.
In other news, Matt and I are gearing up for our first con of the year… Penquicon! If you’re in the Troy, Michigan area on the weekend of Apr 30-May 2, stop by and see us. We’ll be in the Alley area.
Two new things we’re working on for the cons are mini-comics and prints. The mini-comics will be half-sized ashcans of the interludes. The prints will be standard print sized movie poster parodies or other fun things I can think up to draw. Both will be free. Yes, free. I’ll have more info on just what will be available at which con as each comes closer.
But for now, I need to get to work. Wandering about Fur Affinity has been eating into my inking schedule and I need to kick things back into gear. Unlike Marvel or DC, I don’t have a staff. *grin*
Later, guys, and take care!

Morning all! Darc here. With Issue 9 due to arrive in a few weeks and a con coming up, I’ve been thinking about our current inventory.
Since Issues 1-7 are collected in the A Political Spell trade, we won’t be reprinting them. (Issue 8 hasn’t reached the end of its run yet, so we’ll be keeping that in print for a bit.) In other words, once the copies we have on hand are gone, they’re gone for good. While there are 41 copies of Issue 7 left, only 8 copies of Issue 1 remain. So, if there’s an issue you’re missing, now’s a good time to pick it up.
And yes, the floppy versions of Issues 1-4 are printed in color.
I still have a business card, order forms, promotional materials, and a new banner to make before the con coming up. So much to do. It’s exciting running a small business at times. But, for now, it’s back to inking for me. After all, these comics don’t create themselves. Later and thanks for reading!
